Wise Kids Academy - Don’t Just Listen to the Story. Explore It.
What if a story could be more than something children simply listen to?
In this special episode, Dan introduces Wise Kids Academy - a new way for children to explore the stories they already love through reading, imagination, curiosity, discussion and play.
Wise Kids is built around four ideas:
W - Wisdom
I - Imagination
S - Social and Emotional Learning
E - Education
Children can read along with the original BKFK performances, discover new vocabulary, take on Quiz Quest, explore fascinating facts, think about characters and choices, get creative with Doodle Time, experiment with Mad Libs, and see how ideas from stories connect with the real world.
The big idea is simple:
Don’t just listen to the story. Explore it.
Wise Kids is designed to help children read, think, imagine, question, discover and create - while keeping the story and the fun at the centre of everything.
Families can try Wise Kids Academy with a 14-day free trial. After that, Family access is $5 per month or $42 per year.
