1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on a device you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not modify, adapt, translate, disassemble, or create derivative works from the app; use it illegally; distribute it to a third party; remove proprietary notices; or interfere with its operation.
3. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Updates
We may release updates to improve performance, add features, or address security issues.
5. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate it without notice if you breach this agreement.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided as is, without express or implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, mGs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
9. Changes
We may amend this agreement by posting the revised version on the website or in the app.
