End-User License Agreement (EULA) for KidCasts App

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and mGs ("Company" or "we" or "us") governing your use of the KidCasts mobile application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on a mobile device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
• Share, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices in the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data, accounts, or networks related to the App.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA. You can review our Privacy Policy at [insert link to Privacy Policy].

4. Updates

We may, from time to time, release updates to the App to improve performance, add features, or address security issues. You agree to promptly install and use such updates as they become available.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate this license without notice if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your mobile device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mGs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any errors or omissions in the App's operation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.

9. Changes to EULA

We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time by posting the revised EULA on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised EULA.
