Flight of the Black-Winged Stingray: A Māori Pūrākau

In this timeless Māori tale from New Zealand, a bright, brainy young stingray finds her playful ocean life turned upside-down when trouble threatens her home. 🦁Time for you to ROAR!  At the top of our episode, we heard from our valiant League of Lions member, Courage. *** We want to know: how did you show courage this week? *** Did you sign up for a new class or join a new sports team? Maybe you were the first to step up and say “I’m sorry” after a squabble with a family member or friend, or you managed to stay cool and collected during a test in school – or a visit to the doctor! Tell us how you showed courage, and you could be featured on Lions and Legends! Grown-ups: grab a smartphone, record a 30-second voice memo of your kiddo describing how they showed courage, then email the audio to info@lionsandlegends.org. 🦁Thanks for being part of the Lions and Legends pride!
