Queen Aster

In Queen Aster, a meadow ruled by proud Golden-rods for many seasons is thrown into uproar when the Asters propose a queen. Gentle Violet Aster wins the crown with help from an old rock and a singing maple, but the Cardinals, Gentians and Golden-rods turn their backs on her. Violet drives out snakes, ends the ant wars and opens a hospital under the burdock leaves, while the handsome Prince Golden-rod struggles to keep his pride.
