The Magic Slate

"The Magic Slate" follows a naughty gnome who believes life can be managed like a chalk slate — write something wrong, rub it out, and start fresh. He cheats in school, bumps into smaller creatures, and convinces himself a quick "sorry" is enough. But a vivid, unsettling dream sends him to a classroom where nothing can be erased until the mistake is truly made right. The story builds quietly toward a moment of genuine reckoning that no sponge can shortcut.
