In this silly story, McKinley discovers there’s a complaints department where grownups can file complaints about kids. Apparently, kids are too loud, too messy, too whiny, and according to one person, even too small. McKinley decides to help solve some of these complaints, but quickly discovers that making one person happy usually gives someone else something new to complain about. Maybe the real problem isn’t kids after all.
