Santa Claus Street in Jingletown

"Santa Claus Street in Jingletown" is a children's poem that follows a mother carrying her sleepy baby to bed, where the little one whispers a nightly request: a journey to the magical Jingletown. This imagined town is filled with familiar nursery rhyme characters — Mother Goose, Little Bo-Peep, Jack Horner — and has a peculiar toll-gate where only a kiss will do. The adventure ends on Santa Claus Street, glowing with evergreen trees and twinkling lights, where the happiest children gather.
