Little Never-Upset

Little Never-Upset is a short story about a small, unflappable toy who lives among a rowdy cast of playroom characters — a snobbish French Doll, a resentful Cotton Doll, a hair-trigger Jack-in-the-box, and a grumpy Elephant who guards his shelf. When midnight squabbles spiral into chaos, it takes one shove, one tumble, and one burst of laughter from Little Never-Upset to make every toy pause and ask: what were we even fighting about? A quietly funny story built around one irresistible character.
