The Gingerbread Man's Secret Recipe

The Gingerbread Man's Secret Recipe is a short story set in a cozy forest bakery, where a beloved gingerbread man named Ginger guards a prized recipe of spices, sugar, and molasses. When the sly fox Rupert sneaks in after closing time to steal it, he falls for a cleverly planted decoy. Ginger and his baked-good friends — sugar cookies, frosted cupcakes, and fruitcake — catch Rupert in the act, but the real recipe was never in danger at all.
