The Grass is Always Greener

"The Grass is Always Greener" is a short fable about Wooly, a restless sheep who leaves his peaceful meadow behind to seek adventure in the big city. Eager and trusting, Wooly lands a job at a large corporation — only to slowly discover that his cheerful willingness is being exploited by colleagues he believed were true friends. The story builds quietly around Wooly's growing disillusionment, asking whether the life we escape from might be the one worth keeping.
