Uncle Wiggily And The Baby Rabbit

"Uncle Wiggily and the Baby Rabbit" is a charming short story in which the kindly old rabbit gentleman, Uncle Wiggily Longears, eagerly volunteers to babysit Susie and Sammie's newborn baby brother while their mother dashes to the store. What follows is a delightfully chaotic afternoon as Uncle Wiggily tries everything — walking the floor, standing on his head, even pulling funny faces — to calm a wailing baby rabbit, before whisking the bundle off in his airship to seek help from Nurse Jane Fuzzy Wuzzy.
