Uncle Wiggily And The Hoptoad

In "Uncle Wiggily and the Hoptoad," the fortune-seeking rabbit Uncle Wiggily sets out through the woods, cleverly dodging a mud turtle and a savage water rat who lure him with promises of riches. But when he spots an unmarked tin can and curiosity gets the better of him, he tumbles straight into a vat of thick molasses with no way out. His only hope is a hippity-hop toad with an ingenious plan — to bounce the can so furiously that the molasses churns itself into candy.
