Uncle Wiggily And Susie’s Doll

Read "Uncle Wiggily and Susie's Doll" online for free — a short children's story where a snowy afternoon takes an anxious turn. When little rabbit girl Susie Littletail drops her beloved Christmas doll into a deep snowbank, no amount of stick-poking or fan-blowing can reach it. Uncle Wiggily and a carful of animal children try everything, until a big woolly bear appears with paws built perfectly for digging. Warm, gently comic, and full of snowy atmosphere, this story captures the very real heartbreak of a lost treasure and the surprise of finding help where you least expect it.
