Uncle Wiggily In The Bear’s Den

Uncle Wiggily in the Bear's Den follows the wandering old gentleman rabbit as a glinting twenty-five-cent piece lures him tumbling into a dark underground den — straight into the clutches of a hungry bear with a grillery-growlery voice. With no obvious escape and dinner being decided for him, Uncle Wiggily's only hope lies in a debt repaid by a surprising friend. Garis keeps the tension lively with sharp wit and a reminder that a small kindness, freely given, can prove worth far more than any fortune.
