Uncle Wiggily And The Sassafras

"Uncle Wiggily and the Sassafras" follows the rabbit gentleman Uncle Wiggily as he drags himself out of bed, sick with Spring fever, on Dr. Possum's orders to dig fresh sassafras root in the woods. What starts as a reluctant errand takes a tense turn when the sly fox appears — and decides to wait politely until Uncle Wiggily finishes pulling up the root before carrying him off. Outwitting a predator while battling a stubborn root, Uncle Wiggily finds that a little cunning can be just as restorative as any herb.
