Uncle Wiggily Waters His Garden And His Neighbors

"Uncle Wiggily Waters His Garden And His Neighbors" is a free short story by Howard R. Garis that begins with a simple plan: water the dry garden before the sun does more damage. But Uncle Wiggily's hose has other ideas. From a face full of unexpected water to a soaked Mrs. Twistytail, a flooded kitchen, and a drenched Uncle Butter the goat, the bunny's good intentions spiral into delightful chaos — until a hungry Bushy Bear rounds the corner and the hose finally proves its worth.
