Uncle Wiggily’s Funny Auto

"Uncle Wiggily's Funny Auto" is a free short story for children where rabbit gentleman Uncle Wiggily takes his housekeeper Nurse Jane Fuzzy Wuzzy for a drive — only to discover his backyard repairs have made the car wildly unpredictable. The auto rears up, skids around trees, and tilts on two wheels before settling down. But when the fearsome Skillery Skallery Alligator gives chase, the mischievous machine finds its moment to shine, turning the tables in the most unexpected way.
