Uncle Wiggily And The Kite

Uncle Wiggily and the Kite is a short story in which the confident rabbit gentleman sets out to prove that a kite without a tail can fly — only to find himself whisked into the sky, tied to the string around his waist. Dragging poor Aunt Lettie along with him, Uncle Wiggily knocks off a chimney, crashes into a tree, and loses his coat — all while the scheming Fox and Wolf race across the ground below, waiting hungrily for the pair to fall.
