The Christmas Present Incident

"The Christmas Present Incident" by Clara J. Denton opens in Santa's cosy North Pole home, where a troubling Christmas Eve story unfolds over breakfast. A scheming boy hung multiple stockings to trick Santa into filling them all — and Santa, never one to be fooled, rerouted the gifts to two other boys down the street. When those boys run into unexpected troubles with their new automobile and pony, the ripple of one small deception grows wider than anyone expected. The real question becomes whether the dishonest boy will face what he's done.
