Mrs. Elephant’s Moonlight Dance

Mrs. Elephant's Moonlight Dance is a short story set in a moonlit forest clearing where animals gather to compete for a dance prize. Dismissed by her peers as clumsy and overlooked, Mrs. Elephant secretly trains with her frog friends for weeks, hiding her quiet determination behind modesty. Meanwhile, Mrs. Fox schemes to overload rivals with food, and the confident Mrs. Kangaroo meets a very wet downfall. When the spotlight finally falls on Mrs. Elephant, what she delivers stuns every animal in the clearing.
