Uncle Wiggily On Roller Skates

Uncle Wiggily on Roller Skates is a short children's story in which the old gentleman rabbit sets out in his automobile looking for adventure — and finds far more trouble than he bargained for. When a burglar bear on roller skates hijacks his car and steals his crutch, leaving the rheumatic rabbit stranded and helpless, it's a quick-thinking little mouse girl who spots a way out. With a pair of borrowed skates and a helpful policeman dog, Uncle Wiggily's hopeless situation turns into one of his finest escapes.
