Uncle Wiggily And Simple Simon | Kids Stories

This children's story follows Uncle Wiggily Longears, a kind rabbit gentleman, as he embarks on a mission to deliver jam tarts to the Wibblewobble duck family. During his journey, he encounters Simple Simon, a character who has wandered out of his Mother Goose rhyme. Simon is distressed about not being able to find the pie-man from his story and unable to fetch water using a sieve, as he is supposed to in the rhyme. Uncle Wiggily generously offers Simon a jam tart to ease his hunger and ingeniously uses leaves from a rubber plant to line the sieve, allowing Simon to fetch water for his mother. The story promotes themes of kindness and resourcefulness, showing how Uncle Wiggily's quick thinking and generosity save the day, even diverting from the traditional tale to assist someone in need.
