Uncle Wiggily And The Moth Balls | Insects Stories

This whimsical story revolves around Uncle Wiggily Longears, a rabbit gentleman, and his housekeeper, Nurse Jane Fuzzy Wuzzy, as they encounter a problem with moths in their home. Nurse Jane is concerned about the moths damaging their belongings, so she instructs Uncle Wiggily to fetch moth balls to repel them. Using his airship, Uncle Wiggily acquires the moth balls but ends up giving them away to various friends and strangers he encounters, like animal boys wanting to play marbles, toy soldiers needing ammunition, and to thwart a mischievous lion. Although Uncle Wiggily's generosity finds amusing and creative uses for the moth balls, it leaves Nurse Jane without them, prompting her to decide to procure them herself in the future. The story is a light-hearted exploration of altruism, problem-solving, and the humorous misunderstandings between the characters.
