Cilla and the Dwarf

"Cilla and the Dwarf" is a short fairy tale following Cilla, a humble kitchen-maid who sets out alone to rescue her beloved princess after the girl vanishes on her wedding night. Armed with nothing but a magic bean from a woodland witch and remarkable courage, Cilla tracks the wicked dwarf to his hidden cave — where she discovers the princess has been transformed and slowly starved into submission. The story builds quiet tension around Cilla's loyalty and quick thinking as she faces a creature far more dangerous than he first appears.
