Uncle Wiggily’s Thanksgiving with Gobble Obble

Uncle Wiggily's Thanksgiving with Gobble Obble is a charming short story in which a panicked turkey named Gobble Obble arrives at the hollow stump bungalow clutching a stolen dish of cranberry sauce — convinced that hiding it will cancel Thanksgiving entirely. Uncle Wiggily gently sets him straight, explaining that gratitude matters far more than feasting. What follows is a Thanksgiving of basket deliveries, a narrow escape from the Fuzzy Fox, and a dinner of corn and carrots shared with unexpected joy.
