The Bee and the Child | Stories About Insects

A curious girl named Lucy asks a busy bee why it works tirelessly collecting nectar. The bee explains that summer flowers, like childhood, won't last forever, so it's important to enjoy them. It advises Lucy to fill her youth with knowledge, love, and good deeds, so when "winter" arrives (old age), she'll have a rich harvest. Lucy understands, cherishes her youth, and grows into a wise and kind adult, carrying a bountiful harvest of joy.
