Uncle Wiggily And The Camel | Moral Stories

In this story, the kind-hearted rabbit Uncle Wiggily sets out for an adventure and first helps a weary peddler cat by carrying his heavy pack. They then encounter a very thirsty camel who has escaped from the circus, and Uncle Wiggily kindly leads him to water. When the villainous Pipsisewah attacks Uncle Wiggily, who is slowed down by the pack, the grateful camel repays the rabbit's kindness by stopping the Pipsisewah and giving both Uncle Wiggily and the cat a safe ride away on his back between his humps, even taking Uncle Wiggily all the way home. The tale emphasizes the virtues of kindness, helping others in need, and how good deeds are often returned.
