Old Mother Bear worries about her naughty cubs ruining her New Year's Eve. Fairy See-It-All whisks the cubs away to a magical house where they learn their lessons: Boxer learns to be on time, Drowsy-Head learns to like bedtime, Bruin learns to pick up after himself, and Bright Eyes learns to be polite. A year later, they return home, reformed and ready to make their mother's New Year happy.
