The raspberry worm

"The Raspberry Worm" is a short fairy tale about two sisters, Lisa and Aina, who venture deep into the forest to pick raspberries for winter jam — and lose their way as dusk falls. Hungry and frightened, they find themselves mysteriously provided for in the dark wood. What begins as a squabble over a tiny worm found on a raspberry turns out to carry far more weight than anyone expected, as the girls' small act of compassion draws the attention of a very ancient, very unusual ruler of the forest.
