The Tale of Benjamin Bunny | Beatrix Potter Stories
Read along at Ririro.com
Benjamin Bunny, accompanied by his cousin Peter Rabbit (still traumatized from his previous adventure), ventures into Mr. McGregor's garden to retrieve Peter's lost clothes and gather onions as a gift. They encounter a cat who traps them under a basket for hours until Benjamin's father, old Mr. Bunny, rescues them by attacking the cat. After a scolding, they return home, leaving Mr. McGregor puzzled by the strange events in his garden. Peter's mother is relieved, and the onions are put to good use, illustrating themes of family, adventure, and the consequences of disobedience.
