Snow-white and Rose-red

Snow-White and Rose-Red is a fairy tale following two sisters whose gentle kindness draws an unexpected guest to their cottage door one winter night — a bear seeking warmth. He returns each evening until spring, when he must leave to guard his treasures from a wicked dwarf. As the sisters repeatedly encounter this ungrateful, sharp-tongued dwarf, each rescue met with contempt, a deeper mystery begins to surface around the bear and the stolen riches he is trying to protect.
