The Pink and Blue Eggs | Easter Stories For Kids
Read along at Ririro.com
The Pink and Blue Eggs is a humorous tale about curiosity and misunderstanding. When White Hen sees unusual pink and blue eggs on the farmer’s table, she spreads the news, causing great confusion among the other hens. None of them want to hatch such oddly colored eggs, fearing they might end up with strange-looking chicks. The farmyard is in an uproar until Towser the dog reveals the truth—White Hen had unknowingly laid the eggs herself, and they had simply been dyed for Easter. Embarrassed but quick to keep it a secret, White Hen learns that sometimes, things aren’t as strange as they seem! This story playfully introduces children to themes of curiosity, assumptions, and the fun tradition of Easter egg decorating.
