Three Billy Goats Gruff

Three Billy Goats Gruff is a Norwegian fairy tale about three brothers — a small, a medium, and a very large goat — who desperately want to reach the lush green grass on the other side of a river. Standing between them and their feast is a mean, ugly troll who claims the bridge as his own and threatens to eat anyone who crosses it. Each goat must think fast and talk faster, buying time with promises of a bigger, juicier meal to come — until the largest goat faces the troll himself.
