Santa Claus’ Pathway

"Santa Claus' Pathway" is a Christmas story set in a snowy rural village where siblings Nan and Ned encounter two newcomers — Gerty and Dave — whose family cannot afford presents. When Nan hears Gerty's quiet heartbreak over a Christmas without gifts, she wrestles with her own desires before making a quiet, generous choice. On Christmas morning, the four children climb a snow-covered hillside trail and Gerty discovers gifts tucked near a pine tree, believing Santa truly visited. Dave, older and sharper, suspects otherwise — but says nothing except thank you.
