Christmas Day And Every Day

"Christmas Day And Every Day" is a brief, luminous poem by George MacDonald that captures the spiritual heart of Christmas in just a few lines. A star shines high, a baby lies low, and wise men travel the distance between them — reaching for both the earthly and the divine. The poem suggests that those who find the child and grasp the star become heirs to everything, near and far, making Christmas not a single moment but an enduring invitation.
