"The Princess of the Lost Island" tells the story of Euphemia, a divine princess descended from Jupiter and granddaughter to King Atlas, who leaves her place among the stars to do good on earth. On the enchanted island of Seven Cities, her presence banishes pain and fills every day with joy. When two priests stumble upon the paradise and plan to return with their shipmates, the island vanishes without a trace — leaving only wonder and the lingering question of where Euphemia truly went.
