The Islands Of Flowers

"The Islands Of Flowers" is a legend explaining how the Azores came to be, told through the eyes of a small angel banished from Paradise. Heartbroken at leaving her beloved celestial blossoms behind, she gathers as many as she can carry on her sorrowful journey out through the heavenly gates. When the flowers slip from her arms and drift down to rest on the blue Atlantic, grief turns to wonder — and the angel finds a way to let go.
