Beauty and the horse

"Beauty and the Horse" is a fairy tale in which a ruined merchant, sheltered by a mysterious enchanted palace, plucks a flower from its garden and is forced to promise his youngest daughter, Beauty, to a strange horse who claims the estate. Unlike her selfish sisters, Beauty agrees without hesitation. Alone in the palace, she slowly warms to her unusual companion — until a glimpse of her ailing father in a magical mirror tests her loyalty, and the consequences of a broken promise nearly prove fatal.
