The Robin’s Christmas Song

"The Robin's Christmas Song" is a short fairy tale by Carolyn Sherwin Bailey following a wee Robin Redbreast on a frosty Yuletide morning with one bold mission: reach the King and sing him a song. Along the way, a cunning Cat, a greedy Hawk, a sly Fox, and even a shepherd Lad each try to lure him off his path. With quick wit and cheerful courage, the little robin refuses every trick — and his journey leads to a reward sweeter than he could have expected.
