Nardo and the Princess

"Nardo and the Princess" is a free short fairy tale about Nardo, a kind prince whose generosity earns him a wishing ring from a mysterious beggar. When his jealous twin Stephen steals the ring with a witch's help, Nardo forgets he ever loved the princess — and she is left wondering why he has grown cold. A nightingale caught in a tree sets a surprising chain of events in motion, as magic, loyalty, and a sleeping dragon all play their part in unravelling Stephen's treachery before it is too late.
