A Story Of The Christ-Child

A Story Of The Christ-Child is a short Christmas story in which a barefoot child wanders alone through a cold city on Christmas Eve, knocking at door after door only to be turned away — feared, dismissed, or ignored. While warmly lit homes celebrate inside, the shivering stranger finds no welcome until he reaches a poor but loving household, where a mother opens her door without hesitation and draws him into the warmth of her family's modest celebration.
