Dorothy And The Wizard In Oz (Book #4) | Classic Stories

In Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz, a California earthquake swallows Dorothy, her cousin Zeb, his horse Jim, and her kitten Eureka, plunging them into fantastical underground realms. Deep within the Earth, they encounter bizarre civilizations like the glass-bodied Mangaboos, the invisible Valley of Voe, and the menacing wooden Gargoyles. They unexpectedly reunite with the Wizard of Oz himself, who also fell victim to the quake. The story chronicles their perilous journey through these strange lands, emphasizing teamwork, courage in facing the unknown, and the Wizard's clever (if sometimes "humbug") ingenuity, before Princess Ozma magically rescues the entire party, bringing them safely to the Emerald City where the Wizard decides to stay.
