A Christmas dream and how it came true

"A Christmas Dream and How It Came True" follows Effie, a bored, well-off girl who is tired of Christmas — until a vivid dream visits her in the night. Guided by a glowing Christmas spirit through a world of busy gift-makers and poverty-stricken streets, Effie witnesses what the holiday truly means for those with nothing. She wakes transformed, and her mother is ready with a plan that will turn the dream into reality — twenty-four orphan girls and one unforgettable evening that changes Effie's heart forever.
