The Sleepy Bell That Wouldn't Ring 🔔 A Calming Bedtime Story About Rest & Self-Compassion

Send us a text

Welcome to The Zeepy Sleep Podcast — a calming bedtime story for kids designed to help children wind down gently and feel safe as they settle into sleep.

In The Sleepy Bell That Wouldn't Ring, your child will visit the cozy Moonbeam Cat Café at day's end, where Kip the Kitty notices something unusual: the little brass bell above the door has gone quiet. Through soft observation and tender care, Kip discovers the bell is simply tired—and shows children that rest isn't something to fix, but something to honour. This gentle sleep story for kids reassures little ones that everyone needs to pause, and that being tired is perfectly okay.

💜 What your child will experience:

• A soothing, sensory-rich story world with warm lamps, soft fabrics, and evening birdsong
• Gentle breath cues and calming ambient sounds that naturally lower arousal
• Emotional reassurance that rest is kind, not a failure
• Ideal for children aged 2–6

Narrated with care by Slumber the Sloth, this episode models self-compassion and healthy bedtime transitions through Kip's quiet empathy and the café's peaceful rhythm.
