The Imagine Neighborhood™ returns for Season Two! Today we're learning how to adjust to the unexpected - like all of us in the Neighborhood have to do whenever a Blurghsday rolls around! On Blurghsdays it might rain chickens, or everyone might rhyme when they talk, or gravity even might take an afternoon off. It's frustrating when things don't go the way we expect, but a little self-talk and slow breathing will help us get better at being flexible, and pretty soon we'll all be able to just shrug and say, "blame it on Blurghsday!"
